HARRY POKRANDT, DIRECTOR
From serving as Managing Director of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. to founding HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd., Harry Pokrandt has been at the forefront of emerging technology since 1985. Harry is an experienced investor and advisor for startups in both the technology and natural resources sectors. He is a director of Kore Mining, Vizsla Silver, and Fiore Exploration.
CHRISTOPHER REYNOLDS, DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of mineral industry and public accounting experience, he is currently Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Seabridge Gold, a TSX and NYSE listed corporation, a position he has held since 2011. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Reynolds served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Norsemont Mining. until its purchase by Hudbay Minerals. Prior to 2007, he served as Senior Vice President, CFO and Secretary of SouthernEra Diamonds and held various finance and accounting positions at Southern Platinum, TVX Gold, Inmet Mining and Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Reynolds is currently a director of Paramount Gold Nevada Corp., a NYSE American listed company and served as a director of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. until its merger with Coeur Mining, Inc. and of Arizona Star Resource Corp., until its purchase by Barrick Gold Corporation. Mr. Reynolds is a CPA, CGA and holds a B.A. (Economics) from McGill University.
Douglas Cater, Director
Mr. Cater is a professional geologist who has worked extensively across Canada and internationally for more than 30 years, with a particular focus on the Timmins gold camp. He has held positions with both senior and intermediate gold producers, including Barrick, Placer Dome and Kinross. His most recent executive position was Vice President, Exploration with Kirkland Lake Gold. Doug is a Council member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a director of Sierra Metals, Gowest Gold, and Exploits Discovery.

Our executive team manages the Mayfair Gold portfolio, overseeing exploration and development, long-term strategy and all financial resources.
PATRICK EVANS, PRESIDENT, CEO AND DIRECTOR
With over 20 years of senior management experience at public mining companies, Patrick Evans has discovered, developed and operated mines across four continents. He has served as CEO of Dominion Diamonds, Mountain Province Diamonds, Kennady Diamonds, Norsemont Mining (acquired by Hudbay), Weda Bay Minerals (acquired by Eramet S.A., Southern Platinum (acquired by Lonmin Plc), and Southern Era Resources (acquired by Mwana Africa). He also served as Vice President for Placer Dome Inc. Mr. Evans is chairman of Pan Global Resources and Mirasol Resources.
JUSTIN BYRD, CFO
An experienced finance professional with a Master of Science in Economics and Finance and an MBA. His public company experience was with Monsanto Company (acquired by Bayer AG in 2016) where he held progressively senior finance positions over six years. Mr. Byrd also held a senior finance position in a private company before joining Mayfair Gold as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary following the acquisition of the Fenn-Gib gold project.
HOWARD BIRD, B.SC. (HONS), P. GEO, VICE PRESIDENT EXPLORATION
Thirty years of exploration, development and mining experience with 16 years at the executive management level. Extensive international experience working in Canada, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, Australia, and many parts of Africa. Former SVP of Exploration and Geology at Brigus Gold, SVP of Global Exploration for SouthernEra Resources and Southern Platinum, and V.P. Exploration at Antler Gold and Battle North Gold.
RICHARD KLUE, VICE PRESIDENT TECHNICAL SERVICES
Mr. Klue has over 40 years of experience in the mining, minerals, and metals industry, and has held numerous senior leadership positions overseeing global engineering studies, projects, and engineering programs. Most recently, Mr. Klue was Vice President Engineering and Studies at Hudbay Minerals Inc. Prior to that, he served as Vice President Technical Services at Copper Mountain Mining Corp., Regional Director of Mining and Metals at Hatch, and Senior Vice President at Tetra Tech Wardrop.

RON CLAYTON, ADVISOR
Over his 38 years in the mining industry, Ron Clayton has led companies through all phases of mining development. From advanced stage exploration to permitting and construction, he is involved in every stage of the process. His wealth of experience spans from engineering to operations management, with a focus on the gold sector. Ron has previously held the positions of President and CEO at Havilah Mining Corporation and Tahoe Resources.
